Ham Radio Emergency Communications Drill being held in North Jersey

The Fair Lawn Amateur Radio Club will participate in the annual amateur radio Field Day on 25-26th June 2022 for the 66th consecutive year at Memorial Park in Fair Lawn. Field Day is an annual amateur radio exercise encouraging emergency communications preparedness among amateur radio operators. It is the largest single emergency preparedness exercise with over 40,000 operators participating each year across the U.S. and Canada.

Field Day is always the fourth full weekend of June, beginning at 2 p.m. EDT Saturday and running through 1:59 p.m. EDT Sunday. The public is invited.

FLARC is following all Covid-19 government guidance closely and the event will adhere accordingly to the latest advice.
