Radio Ham Attacked in UK

A radio amateur was attacked by four men while operating from Aggs Hill, Cleeve Common, near Cheltenham

The operator was approached by four men. "Two of the men assaulted the victim by pushing him into the car door and punching him in the side of his head," said a police spokesperson. "After the assault, the four men left the scene together in a Land Rover," he added.

The incident happened at around 9.20 pm on the evening of Tuesday, September 8, and Gloucestershire Police have released an appeal for more information about what happened.

"Anyone with information is asked to submit this online by completing the update a crime report form on the Constabulary's website here quoting incident 2 of 9 September 2020”
