New UK Amateur Radio Prefixes

Ofcom have started to release new UK Amateur / Ham Radio prefixes to successful exam candidates.

Foundation entry level operators are now being issues M7 prefixes and full operators are now being issued M5 callsigns.

Ofcom are also issuing shorter callsigns for M5 and 2E0 prefixes.
