Mobile App Available to Navigate 2023 Orlando HamCation

Orlando HamCation® is 10-12 February 2023, and hosts the ARRL Southeastern Division Convention. In partnership with HamCation, ARRL's free mobile app is available to help attendees navigate the large event, which is held at the Central Florida Fairgrounds and Expo Park.

The free ARRL Events app is now available and already includes HamCation's full program, so attendees can browse and schedule forums, preview the extensive list of exhibitors, and find affiliated events. During the event, attendees can use other app features to follow the hourly prize drawings and grand prize packages, and browse building and site maps.

Hamzilla Radio Fest is almost here! This year we'll be at our new venue the Julie Rose Stadium, close to the M20 and Ashford International Station in Ashford, Kent.

The festival takes place on Sunday 12th March 2023. Meet ICQPodcast, SDR Play, RSGB, Icom, Ceecom Antennas and many more. We are planning a buildathon, so people who haven't the hands on experience can work with our experts to build their own FM radio. We provide all the kit and tools (limited places will need to be booked in advance). There will also be a special guest keynote speaker. Tickets are £5 (or £6 for the early birds to get in first before the crowds). Traders and Exhibitors tables are £15 including their entrance ticket.

The next QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo returns on 24-26th March 2023. The theme is "new ham radio license, now what?".

With almost 800,000 licensed hams in the USA, the majority are not on the air.
